Bez obzira na va\u0161e poreklo ili iskustva,\u00a0<strong>u njima mo\u017eete potaknuti ambiciju<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u017delimo da se na\u0161i predava\u010di osje\u0107aju samopouzdano u predmetu koji vode, pa bismo idealno \u017eeljeli da ste postigli B ili vi\u0161e iz ovog predmeta, ili sli\u010dno, na A nivou (ili u ekvivalentnoj kvalifikaciji) i da ste postigli, ili u\u010diti za diplomu. Uzimamo u obzir druge kvalifikacije i iskustvo: iskustvo u radu sa mladima je korisno, ali nije neophodno.
