Golongan muda mesti diberi peluang untuk mengembangkan kemahiran praktikal, intelek dan sosial yang akan berkhidmat kepada mereka sepanjang hayat mereka.<\/p>\n<p>Peningkatan kerumitan isu yang dihadapi golongan muda ini bermakna celik huruf dan kemahiran berangka sahaja tidak akan membantu mereka menghadapi cabaran yang semakin meningkat.<\/p>\n<p>Kemahiran Hidup membantu memperkasakan golongan muda untuk menyelesaikan konflik tersebut dengan jayanya.
